Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
I first cook the meat tell its done then I put flour in the meat to help with the gravy let it cook for a little while to get rid of the flour taste. Then put milk in to make the gravy how ever you like it I also like to put a can of mushroom soup in it and salt and pepper to taste. but you don't have to use the soup. I use about a pound of meat. If you use Chicken I boil it first I use the whole chicken. Then I make a gravy with cooking oil and flour after the gravy is made I put the chicken in. Its all good over Biscuits. Then you can sever with any kind of potatoes and a Green salad or green vegetables.
