12 Lasagna Noodles
2 pounds of ground meat
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 jars of ragu or make your own.
3 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
Cook noodle's tell almost done rinse in cold water drain. Cook meat and onions when done put sauce in and cayenne pepper if you don't like the pepper omit. add salt and black pepper to taste. Put 3 noodles in the bottom of a 9X12 pan. put some sauce on that and spread it out. put another row of noodles and put sauce on it the spread cheese on that row. Then 3 more and sauce. then the last 3 and put cheese on that one. Cook in oven 350 for around 30 to 40 min. For meat I used Elk hamburger this time its really good with that.
